Pre-Wedding Day
• Three meetings with your Planner
• Receive a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
• Vendor Management
• Will be your most reliable resource for organization, advice, and money-saving tips!
Wedding Rehearsal
• Coordinate ceremony rehearsal
• Collect wedding day items such as marriage license, guest book, cake knife, cake topper, favors, candles, programs, etc.
Wedding Day!
• Manage the flow of the ceremony and reception
• Oversee ceremony set-up and flow of events
• Set up all reception décor not handled by a specific vendor
• Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
• And so much more!
Day of Coordination
Every wedding package includes:
Centerpieces, Glass Vases, Chargers, Card Box & Sign, Gift Box & Sign, Cake Cutting Utensils, and a Cake Table
